Radhya Home Interior provides interior design, decoration, space planning, modular solutions, and turnkey project services. The scope of work will be defined in a written agreement or quotation shared with the client.

Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for a limited period (as mentioned in the quote).
• Prices may vary based on material selection, design changes, or site conditions.
• Any additional work not included in the original scope will be charged separately.

Payment Terms

• A percentage of the total project cost must be paid in advance before work begins.
• Payments will be made in agreed milestones (design approval, material procurement, execution stages, etc.).
• Final payment must be cleared before project handover.

Design Approval

• Clients must review and approve all designs, layouts, and materials before execution.
• Once approved, any changes may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Project Timeline

• Estimated timelines are provided based on project scope.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as material availability, site conditions, or client-side delays.
• Radhya Home Interior will make reasonable efforts to complete projects on time.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site details and measurements
• Ensure site readiness (civil work, electricity, etc.)
• Make timely payments and approvals

Materials & Warranty

• Material quality will be as per the agreed specifications.
• Warranty (if applicable) will be provided by respective manufacturers/suppliers.
• Natural variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
• In case of project cancellation, charges will apply for work already completed and materials purchased.

Limitation of Liability

Radhya Home Interior shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by third-party vendors or external factors
• Pre-existing site issues or structural defects

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and concepts created by Radhya Home Interior remain our intellectual property and cannot be reused or shared without written consent.

Use of Project Images

We reserve the right to use project images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
